Theme: New Applications of Specialty Chemicals in the fast Growing Sectors

FICCI jointly with Dept. of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Govt. of India is organizing an International Conference & Exhibition on "Specialty Chemicals Conclave-2008" on January 14-15, 2008 at Hotel Taj Lands End, Mumbai.

The main aim of this International Conference cum Exhibition is to highlight India's capabilities in the area of Specialty Chemicals and to explore and identify new applications for enhancing the growth. This international conference would cover the entire value chain of fine chemicals required in agrochemicals, fertilizers, construction chemicals, oil field chemicals, active ingredients, food & flavours, detergent & surfactants, paints & additives, textile chemicals, plastics & polymers.

The event also aims to provide platform to all the major stakeholder corporates, government, industry, institutions, joint venture collaborators to look at some of the pressing issues facing growth and the competitive challenges thereof. The conference would also provide opportunity to both Indian and MNCs to project their capabilities and identify the areas in which they can collaborate for mutual benefits.
